Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in hot yoga classes offered by Jade Blauer. By registering for or attending any class, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 15 years old or have parents consent.

2. Health and safety

Hot classes involves vigorous physical activity in a heated environment (typically 90–105°F / 32–40°C).
You acknowledge that participation carries risks, including but not limited to heat exhaustion, dehydration, dizziness, and physical injury.
You affirm that:

You are in good physical condition.
You have consulted with a medical professional if you have any health concerns.
You will inform the instructor of any injuries or limitations before class.
You agree to:
Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed.
Leave the room if you feel lightheaded, overheated, or unwell.
Follow all instructor guidance and studio rules.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Fit For All by Jade Blauer, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or after participation.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment must be made in advance to secure your class spot.
Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class to receive a credit or refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
Packages, memberships, or passes are non-transferable and may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes; participants will be notified and offered a suitable alternative or credit.
members if you cancel late or no show you that counts as one of your 12 classes for the month.

5. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any individual whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.
Refunds will not be issued for removal due to misconduct.

6. Photography & Media

With your consent, we may record or photograph classes for marketing purposes.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted or otherwise communicated. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
