About Hot Yoga
Hot yoga is a dynamic style of yoga practiced in a heated room, typically around 95–105°F (35–40°C). The warmth helps your muscles loosen more quickly, allowing for deeper stretches and improved flexibility. As you move through a sequence of postures, the heat also encourages you to sweat, supporting detoxification and building endurance. Many people enjoy hot yoga for its blend of physical challenge, mental focus, and the energizing, almost meditative feeling that comes from moving and breathing with steady intensity.
